JOY in TOMORROW
Joy In Tomorrow plays music that communicates to audiences an experience that is as personal as it is universal. After forming in Lynchburg, VA, Joy In Tomorrow moved to Atlanta to write and record. Their EP, A Snapshot of Who I've Always Been, tells a story over five tracks of pain and victory. "We simply hope that you, the listener, will be able to find yourself within these songs," says front man, Joshua Smith. Since releasing their EP in 2007, Joy In Tomorrow has completed two national tours and has no intentions of slowing down, planning to record a full length in the near future. Joy In Tomorrow joined Favorite Gentlemen after forming friendships with label mates, Manchester Orchestra.

i MARRIED my highschool sweetheart
Trevor Dowdy is the mastermind behind the electronic pop act, I Married My Highschool Sweetheart. Trevor's not new to music — he was one of the members of acclaimed Atlanta band, Two Week Notice, before working as a Producer / Song Writer / Programmer along side Jeremiah Edmond of Vintage Song Studios. He also played guitar and keyboard with Manchester Orchestra, before leaving the band to study classical guitar at college in Abilene, TX. While Trevor played with other acts, he was also writing and recording music as I Married My Highschool Sweetheart, distributing his albums modestly to friends and family. He is now making his label debut with Laugh Out Love, coming out on Favorite Gentlemen later this year.

the BEGGARS' guild
The Beggars' Guild can perhaps be described best as a band of straight forward rock, grounded in blues and country roots with no gimmickry. After seeing the band perform live, Performer Magazine columnist Leah Baker compared The Beggars' Guild's bluesy rock to that of Creedence Clearwater Revival or the Allman Brothers, and went on to say, "The next band on stage had a lot to live up to after that act." Their debut EP, Breaking Me Down, was recorded with Dan Hannon and released in 2007. The Beggar's Guild has one motivation — to write, record, and perform songs that people love.

Andrew Nelson & the shotgun lovers
Andrew Nelson & the Shotgun Lovers combine southern rock, country, folk, and moving lyrics with amazing precision. "Nelson's vibrant vocals perfectly deliver his passionate, longing-filled lyrics of family tragedy, friendship and the struggles of life and love. Down-home rock'n'roll doesn't get any more real than this." — Steve LaBate (Assistant Editor, Paste Magazine)
Front man Andrew Nelson started his band when he was at college in Athens, GA. He later moved to Nashville where he met Floyd, Roland, and Johnston, and Andrew Nelson & the Shotgun Lovers was formed. As a follow up to their debut EP, The Dream Has Gone Away, the group is preparing to record their first full length album. Andrew Nelson is planning to drop his name from their current persona, so look for the new album to be released by The Shotgun Lovers on Favorite Gentlemen later this year.
